Getting the tree

We headed out to get our tree the Saturday after Thanksgiving at a tree lot not far from our house. We get such a big tree {about 18 feet} that there are not many places where we can get the kind of tree I like {a noble} that tall and skinny too.

The kids had a great time running all over the lot while the tree was put in the back of terry's truck.

Then once we got it home there was the big job of getting it in the house and decorated. Lucky for me Terry asked his friend Branden to help. Then Terry put the lights on and the kids helped {for about an hour} putting on the ornaments and I put the rest on.
