How Lucky am I......

To have a friend that loves to cook so much that when she saw my post about my garden harvest she sent me an email telling me that I needed to make sauce with all of my tomatoes. How lucky am I that that same friend had some free time and instead of spending it doing something for herself she called me and asked me if she could come over and show me how to make the sauce. How lucky am I that she also made a stop at the grocery store before coming over because I didn't have any red onions or basil. How lucky am I that she then came over and showed me how to turn tomatoes, basil, red onion, olive oil, salt and pepper into a very yummy {very yummy} sauce that can be eaten now {I ate some right after she left} or frozen for later. I defiantly will not let my tomatoes go to waste next year!

How lucky am I to have Michelle as a friend!
