Not a bad place to be stranded..... Yesterday was the last day of a 4 day trip and I was suppose to work OAK-SEA-PSP-PDX. It was a long day with a very early wake up call {3:30 am} and after not sleeping the night before I was looking forward to getting home. The first leg to Seattle went well and we headed to Palm Springs without a hitch and we almost got out of PSP without a hitch as well. Almost...... We pulled away from the gate but the left engine wouldn't start and after a few hours they canceled the flight and sent the crew to a hotel for the night.
It's an adventure....... always an adventure!
Scheduled to deadhead home this afternoon.
