Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY Monday January 26, 2009

Outside my window... the sun is shining and it is a bit humid.

I am thinking... that our trip to Mexico was at least 1 {maybe 2} days too short.

I am thankful for... the chance to bask in the sun {Thank you, thank you Tara}

From the kitchen... not a darn thing because we went out to eat

I am wearing... black & white bathing suit no shoes

I am creating... peaceful moments of relaxation.

I am going... to the beach, the pool, the beach, the pool {so much work to walk back and forth}

I am reading... A Tendering in the Storm by Jane Kirkpatrick

I am hoping... that the relaxing feelings stay with me once I return home.

I am hearing... the sound of the ocean.

Around the house... I have no idea, I'm not there.

One of my favorite things... Fruity drinks on the beach, sand, the sound of the ocean and friends who sit up late with you discussing random things {oops that was more than one}

A few plans for the rest of the week.... unpack, do laundry and get back into the swing of things.
