Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY Monday January 19, 2009

Outside my window... the sun is rising, I love the color of the light.

I am thinking... that I have much to get done this week.

I am thankful for... this extra day off from school

From the kitchen... my coffee, no food yet because no one is up except Ian and he eats later in the morning when it is a school day {much like his mom}

I am wearing... black Lucy pants a white t-shirt and a gray sweater.

I am creating...  now that I have my creative space cleaned up I am working on my Christmas scrapbook {I am behind and need to finish up '06 but have just started '07}

I am going... to Mexico on Friday! Yippee!

I am reading... I should be reading Wicked {our next book club read} but I can't find the copy that I know we have so must go out and get another.

I am hoping... that I get everything done so I can leave Friday and relax.

I am hearing... the TV - Ian is using his morning free time to relax.

Around the house... dog toys and kid toys - I need to teach them {kids & dog} to pick up their toys and put them away!

One of my favorite things... Sunrises & Sunsets {the light is beautiful!}

A few plans for the rest of the week.... pay bills {always on Monday}, do some paperwork, pack, try on bathing suits, return those that don't fit {hopefully not all of them}, figure out the weekend schedule for my husband and make sure I have everything covered, I am sure there is more but it is escaping me at the moment.
