More Christmas in January

The kid's school Christmas program was also canceled due to the snow so after a 3 week break the kids headed back to school and put on the Christmas program. It is a tradition for the 8th grade class to walk down the isle of the church holding candles and then sing The Carol of the Bells {they carried roses because it was in the school gym and during the day} and the Kindergarten class walks in {for a second time} at the end of the program dressed as the nativity. The class has it all from Mary and Joseph to the sheep and the cows. Emily was an angel although she contemplated being a sheep or donkey. {Sarah was an angel and Ian a Sheep for there Kindergarten years}

The school band entertains us with Christmas music {that they have been practicing for three months going to band at 7:30 in the morning twice a week} before the program starts. The 4th grade class has about 9 kids who joined the band and this is the guitar section {with Ian on bass}
