and finally

On our last night in the park Emily pooped out {even though we had broken down and rented a stroller earlier in the day} and Terry took her back to the room while Ian, Sarah and I headed from California Adventure over to Disneyland. As we walked into the park people were staking their spots to watch the fireworks and we decided to join them and pulled up a piece of concrete right in the middle of the street {along with thousands of other people}. What a difference it was to watch the fireworks right there in the park {as opposed to from our balcony}. It was quite the production {but what else would we expect from Disney} with a real live Tinkerbell flying across the sky to fireworks set off to music that went along with the different themes in the park. It was amazing to say the least! From there we decided to ride Space Mountain one more time - unfortunately so did most of the other people left in the park. We stood in line for 45 minutes before we finally got on the ride and then we went on the Buzz Lightyear ride one more time before we headed over to the store where Ian made his double sided light saber {the item he chose as his keepsake} and then our vacation was complete and I was thoroughly exhausted. Once we got home Terry and I recounted our vacation and both of us talked about how much we enjoyed spending time as a family together. It was a great trip!
