When it's late and your tired and your trying to be a good wife and make zucchini bread for your husband {because he has asked for it several times} don't confuse cinnamon with cumin. It makes the bread spicy and generally taste funny. 

P.S. said husband never said anything about bread tasting funny until I told him what I had done and I only figured out what I had done after I had my sister taste it telling her I thought it tasted funny.
