Happy Birthday Matthew
You would have been 11 today and I am so sad for everything we missed with you. I would have love to know the boy you would have been and the man you would have become. I am so grateful for the time we had together but I can't help but wish for more.
BTW, today is raining just like the day you were born. I still remember looking at the raindrops on the window pain and thinking that the weather fit my mood even though at this point we didn't know that we were going to lose you.
