Sometime last year Tara and I started spontaneously having lunch together about once a week. One of us would call the other and we would manage to get together at the last minute and have lunch, or get our toes done and catch up with each other. These unplanned "dates" became something that I so looked forward to but then both of us got so very busy with the Auctions at our kid's schools and we went weeks with out seeing each other. Then summer arrived and the kids got out of school, you may think it would be easier to get together but it turned out to be even harder and even more weeks went by without us managing to get together. We FINALLY managed to get together the beginning of July and not only did we meet one day for lunch but a second day to get our toes and finger nails done. Although I am not looking forward to school starting again soon, I am looking forward to seeing Tara on a more regular basis for our lunch dates. How lucky am I to have Tara as a friend!
