Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY Monday, June 29th, 2009

Outside my window... blue skies and sunshine.....ahhhhhhhh summer, I love it!

I am thinking... that although I had a blast in California, it was too hot for me!

I am thankful for... Oregon summers, not to hot, not to cold {usually}, just right!

From the kitchen... grilled zucchini {from my garden}, chicken and noodles. Can you believe it, I cooked!

I am wearing... black and white checkered shorts, black shirt & bare feet.

I am creating... still working on that darn second blog book, but I am almost ready to print it.

I am going... no immediate plans.

I am reading... The Three Musketeers - still! I didn't finish it but liked the book so am still reading.

I am hoping... to figure some things out.

I am hearing... the sounds of the kids chatting at the dinner table and forks clinking the plates.

One of my favorite things... blue sky and sunshine.

A few plans for the rest of the week.... relax, regroup & go to the pool.
