Sensitive

I let Emily watch a movie the other day {I needed her to be occupied} and she chose Hotel for Dogs. Towards the end of the movie I heard her crying. There was a sad part about a dog named Friday and she was beside herself although she did want to watch the end of the movie. She has watched a few more times and she doesn't cry anymore at the sad part but she gets quiet. She knows there is a happy ending but that is not enough to keep her from getting sad. She has a HUGE heart for animals and this was a particularly hard movie for her to watch. I guess I better not let her watch Old Yeller or Where the Red Fern Grows, two movies from my childhood that made me cry about dogs.
