When I think about this day I can't get the song out of my head {singing} The best day ever......
Terry Slingsby made the tee times and invited Terry and I to golf with he and Jane and it really was the best day. Our tee time was at 9 am and Terry and I showed up a little early to hit some balls and warm up {something I usually hate to do} and then the four of us played 18 holes. Some were better than others for sure but we played and we played to post our score. Interestingly enough Jane and I scored the same {a whopping 130, it was like playing 36 holes of golf for us}. She was ahead of me by 2 strokes on the front nine and I was ahead of her by 2 on the back nine. We enjoyed a Bloody Mary {or 2} and cheered each other on. Here is to more golf dates together!
