FOR TODAY Monday, March 23, 2009

Outside my window... some blue sky, a little sunshine and frost on the ground.

I am thinking... about everything that I need to get done before we leave in the morning.

I am thankful for... Spring Break and not having to drive the kids to school.

From the kitchen... nothing at the moment, the kids are awake but not awake enough to eat. They like to wait on days off from school.

I am wearing... my PJ's and enjoying every minute of it.

I am creating... not really working at anything at the moment but still have the books in the works.

I am going...to LORETO MEXICO in less than 24 hours :)

I am reading... Finding Tom Connor by Sarah Kate Lynch.

I am hoping... we have a safe and fun vacation and that baby Laith will get the heart that he so desperately needs. I can't stop thinking of this little guy. It takes me back to a very stressful time in my life and I can't stop thinking of his Mom and what she is going through and his big brown eyes looking at the camera {much like a photo I have of Matthew} with the breathing tube down his throat. 

I am hearing... the TV {I am watching the Today show} and the kids talking to each other.

Around the house... chaos as I pack for myself and the kids {Terry packs for himself}

One of my favorite things... Vacation!

A few plans for the rest of the week.... to DO NOTHING all while sitting on the beach enjoying the sand on my toes and the warmth of the sunshine.
