Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window... it is gray and VERY windy and raining on and off.

I am thinking... that I have too much to do to take on another project but since I am in the middle of it I better keep going.

I am thankful for... that another long lost friend found me on facebook.

From the kitchen... not much at the moment but for dinner - sloppy joe's.

I am wearing... grey Nike pants {yep, grey instead of black}, purple fleece shirt {it's cold outside} and currently no shoes and my feet are cold.

I am creating... a mess! I am going through years of artwork and either photographing it or scanning it. My plan is to create a book of the kids artwork.

I am going... to Costo {ya, I know. exciting} to get "stuff" I need {and probably "stuff" I don't need}.

I am reading... STILL - Wicked!

I am hoping... that my friend Scott will be well.

I am hearing... the sounds of Dragon Land on TV - Emily is home sick.

Around the house... dog toys everywhere and artwork in many, many piles.

One of my favorite things... facebook for getting me in touch with people I would never have reconnected with if I had not joined. I am thrilled to have made contact with Kelly from TWA this week :)

A few plans for the rest of the week.... The bunco party I thought was last week is Friday, tasting the food for the oral auction, meeting with a couple of friends, piano lesson, puppy class......more, I know there is more.
