Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window... The sun is shinning and it is a little cool but not freezing :)

I am thinking... That I am pretty good at multi-tasking {I am holding on the phone to transfer $ and blogging at the same time}

I am thankful for... The sunshine 

From the kitchen... I don't know yet.

I am wearing... Jeans, long sleeve white t-shirt with a vintage red TWA t-shirt over it, and black flip-flops. {I got dressed in something other than black work-out pants today - yeah for me!}

I am creating... A blog book

I am going... Over to Tara's house to work on the blog book.

I am reading... A Tendering in the Storm by Jane Kirkpatrick but should be reading my book club book Wicked.

I am hoping... That this economy turns around soon - it makes my stomach upset every time I hear about someone else losing their job. {I am actually praying on this one}

I am hearing... The sound of hammering {the guys are down in our basement putting up walls.

Around the house... Things are a bit cluttered even though the house is essentially clean {well, kind of}. There is also mud on the floor from kids and dogs playing outside but I'm not complaining because it was nice enough {although muddy} for them to play outside.

One of my favorite things... My vintage TWA shirt that my friend Eileen gave me more than a year ago. It has made me a little sad that the airline is gone.

A few plans for the rest of the week.... Tara's to play, clean, do laundry, work on oral auction, I am sure there is more but that is what comes to mind.
