Tara invited me to tag along with her and her daughter Ellie to go to Mexico for weekend. It was a much needed break filled with sunshine, my toes in sand, fruity drinks, good food {most of the time}, and good friends.
I think the vacation was at least on day too short but I was grateful for the time I had to thaw my body from the frigged weather we have been having at home. It snowed the day after we got home but it was so much easier to face with a tan and toes that still had sand stuck to the polish from the spraying sunscreen on them and then sticking them in the sand. Thanks Tara for asking me to join you and giving me an opportunity to thaw, I think we should go on a trip together every winter {now that we are two for two}.

Your photo collection is amazing....I told Tara I want an invite next year!! It looks like the perfect mid-winter-need-a-break-from-reality retreat.
It was so so so fun! I feel like my solar battery was recharged! Now if I can just get my toes warmed up again!!
