We had several tragedies this year while we were decorating our tree, some were worse than others. Every year I buy an ornament and put the kids name on it but the ornament that is the most special to me is the one I have for each of the kids the year they were born. After Emily had broken three glass ornaments that were not very special I managed to break the ornament that was given to me for Sarah's first Christmas. I was so very sad. Then Ian managed to break his ornament from 2007 {he hung it on a limb near the top but it wasn't secured and it fell all the way to the floor}. Ian was so sad it took a while to get him out of the broken ornament funk.
