On the 7th day of Snow... {sung to the 12 days of Christmas}

Our trees after the ice storm - Terry said it takes perfect conditions to make the ice crystals "grow" like they did all over our trees and just about everything. It was a beautiful sight to see.

My favorite trees - again {sorry, they just speak to me}

We found many things to do outside. Sledding, building snowmen, snow families and snow huts, making snow angles, and generally just romping in the snow. We had hours of fun .

After the kids were exhausted {lets face it, I was exhausted} we headed inside and found things to keep us busy {and not fighting}. We played games, colored, made crafts, baked and when all else failed watched TV or played game boys.

I don't know if you are like me, but I'm sort of out of creative ideas! Today I took off and went skiing and it was amazing! Maybe we need to go play somewhere warm? Oh, that's right! We are going to MEXICO!!!

Sounds good about now doesn't it!
