Its not what your thinking!
Last week Angela brought over baby Spencer and my kids were just in love with him. All of them wanted to hold him and love on him but Emily was especially taken by him. She decided that she wanted a little brother and I suggested that maybe she could be Spencer's big sister and she loved the idea. After they left that night Em asked me "What is my new family members name?". It took me a couple seconds before I knew she was talking about Spencer. That same night when I was tucking her in and she was saying her prayers "God Bless Mom, Dad, Ian, Sarah, Grandma & Grandma's mom, God Bless Grandpa & God Bless my new baby brother, Mom what is his name again? Oh yeah, God Bless my new brother Spencer." Every night since their visit she has blessed her new baby brother Spencer both at meal time prayers and and bedtime prayers. I can just imaging what her teachers are thinking when she blesses her new baby brother during prayer time at school. The things those teacher must hear....

When Terry told me that story, it gave me goosebumps. It is so sweet...Spencer is very lucky to be so loved. I'm glad we got to see all of you again last night!
And she prayed for baby brother Spencer again Wednesday night when I tucked her in. :) Cute! She's very matter-of-fact about it too....it's no joke!!
