I was loading some photos off Terry's camera and came across the photos I took when my "homies" and I walked the race for the cure. Aideen, Kathleen, Jane, Amiee, Chris and I all walked the 5K (3.1miles). It was amazing how many people (mostly women) were there for the walk and it was emotional to see people walking in honor of someone fighting breast cancer or someone who had passed away from breast cancer. It was such a great thing to be a part of and it got us thinking about walking the Portland to Coast. As a matter of fact, Jane has sent in our registration. Our team (there will be 12 of us walking in 5 to 7 mile shifts all through the night) name will be "The Walking Lattees". (because we enjoy our morning latte) Portland to Coast is in August (the weekend of my birthday) so I better get walking now!

This was a good day! Just got the results of my 'boob pancake' picture TODAY -- all normal! I thank God almost every day for my health -- seriously!
Remember Jane deciding to walk all the way back to LO after we had finished the walk. We called her every few seconds right after she left us -- thinking that we were sooo darn funny!
Yah on the "boob pancake" results!
