Grateful: Week Ten

This week I am grateful for MY health. After the couple of days I spent in California for Shannon's fund raising dinner how could I not be. Shannon is my age and she is dieing. She has cancer, colon cancer to be specific and colon cancer {apparently} runs in my family. My Dad died from it at age 50, my grandmother died from it in her 70's and my Mom was diagnosed with it in her 60's. I have NOT had a colonoscopy YET, but it is on my list of "to do's", high on the list.
