Word Play

Terry started a new "game" with the kids to get them to use the dictionary and the encyclopedia and it is a game of wordplay. He wants the kids to come up with a new word everyday, read the definition and use it in a sentence. There will be incentive for the kids - Terry just hasn't thought of it yet. I think it is a great idea and I am looking forward to all of our expanding vocabulary. Today was the first day and the words that the kids chose today were

Ian:

Scaramouch
