I went into the Mac store today because I wanted to look into buying the new operating system called Leopard for our Apple computers. When I walked in I ran into my friend Tara who I just don't see enough of. She has 4 kids I have 3 and they go to different schools that along with all the other things going on in life we just don't get to see very much of each other, so it was such a treat to run into her.
We hung out at the store while she showed me some tricks with iPhoto and we talked about our blogs (Tera is the one who got me blogging). She was trying to show me how I could link her blog on mine so I can visit hers with just a click and she was trying to do the same with mine to hers when she noticed that my blog is a public blog (anyone can log on and read it and learn all about my family but more importantly my children). After chatting with Tara I decided that my blog has just too much information to be public and as soon as I can figure it out I am going to take it privet.
By the time we were done in the Mac store is was lunchtime so we grabbed a quick bite to eat and actually had time to chat with each other. The really great thing about this unexpected time together is we have been talking about getting together for some time and as each month passes in our very busy parallel lives there is always something that keeps us from getting together. Luckily, our paths crossed at one of our many mutual passions (the Apple computer) and we seized the moment.
